Futuro Vegetal y XR Ibiza<strong> hemos irrumpido a la hora de la cena en el Beach Club de lujo \u201cBlue Marlin\u201d<\/strong> para denunciar la incompatibilidad de sostener el estilo de vida de los mega-ricos y afrontar la Crisis Clim\u00e1tica. Las activistas portaban pancartas donde se pod\u00eda leer \u201c<em>Jets Privados y Mega Yates = Inusticia Clim\u00e1tica + Energ\u00e9tica<\/em>\u201d, &#8220;<em>You Consume Others Suffer<\/em>&#8221; (consum\u00eds el sufrimiento ajeno) y \u201c<em>Your Luxury, Our Climate Crisis<\/em>\u201d (vuestro lujo, nuestra Crisis Clim\u00e1tica). Una de las activistas pint\u00f3 en una de las paredes del local el ya conocido +1.5\u00ba en referencia al l\u00edmite de aumento de temperatura marcado por el acuerdo de Par\u00eds y que <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/sociedad\/2020-08-06\/el-planeta-se-acerca-al-peligroso-limite-de-los-15-grados-de-calentamiento-global.html\">todo apunta a que se superar\u00e1 esta d\u00e9cada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acci\u00f3n forma parte de la campa\u00f1a \u201c<em>Jets and yachts, the party\u2019s over<\/em>\u201d, convocada por la plataforma \u201c<em>Eivissa Es Rebel\u00b7la<\/em>\u201d, compuesta por distintas organizaciones clim\u00e1ticas locales y que aspira a <strong>causar disrupci\u00f3n durante toda la semana<\/strong> en la isla balear. La campa\u00f1a exige la prohibici\u00f3n de jets privados y la eliminaci\u00f3n de las emisiones de lujo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el comunicado que Futuro Vegetal ha compartido en sus redes, el colectivo afirma que \u201cen un contexto de Crisis Clim\u00e1tica, <strong>las emisiones de lujo de los mega-ricos son las primeras que debemos frenar<\/strong>. No podemos permitir que un estilo de vida desenfrenado de una minor\u00eda imponga el <strong>caos clim\u00e1tico<\/strong> al resto de la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una portavoz de ambos colectivos se\u00f1alaba que \u201cestamos sufriendo <strong>eventos clim\u00e1ticos extremos sin precedentes que van a empeorar<\/strong>. Necesitamos una <strong>reducci\u00f3n inmediata de emisiones<\/strong> si queremos evitar los peores escenarios, pero en Ibiza se sigue promoviendo un estilo de vida que est\u00e1 destruyendo el planeta y la vida de millones de humanos y otros animales. Seguir este modelo implica <strong>no poder cultivar nuestro propio alimento<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las activistas <strong>fueron desalojadas del local<\/strong> por el personal de seguridad del establecimiento.
